I have been using the Veltec Stamp Refill Kit for over a year & recommend it.
I have an online business and need to stamp every envelope that does out with a “PLEASE DO NOT BEND” on the front and back. I fill up the inkpad once a month with the Veltec Stamp Refill Kit and have never had an issue with the ink. I would recommend it without any reservations.

Thin, Watery Ink.
Very Watery Ink, can not use this for any Identity Theft Protection Stamps. It’s watery and comes out more so Blue and clear than solid black. Ruined my ID Theft Stamp. Would probably be okay for lighter duty stamps.
