The first one I received would not heat up. The day after I posted my disappointed review, the seller contacted me and offered either help or replacement. The Laminator!
I recently bought the Laminator and I have to say, I am super impressed! I bought this for my office and works so well my wife is using it all the time around the house. The warm-up time is very quick and I haven’t had any jams yet, which was a big worry of mine but if you do remeber to use abs switch! It can laminate all sizes and I’ve used it for letter size. Itās really easy to use just feed the sheet in and it comes out on the other end. Yes, it’s that easy! Feeder does all the job! all nice and smooth! The cold lamination feature is a bonus as well.Very reliable laminator for the price. It works just as described and saves me trips and money otherwise I have to drive 15 miles to the nearest store. I recommend to anyone looking for a laminator for personal, home, school or even office use!

Heat fast, good function, nice purple color and reasonable price.
I recently bought this laminating machines for making homemade invitations and decorations for my daughter’s party. This machines is heat really fast. I just plugged the cord in and went to grab the invitations for less than 3min, the machines was ready to use. The laminating result also good and seal properly.I love the color of this laminating machine because usually all this kind of office machines comes with boring black color. I just love it has purple color on top its great function, which is one of my favorite color. The price is also reasonable for this good quality machine.

Fire hazard – won’t turn off
I purchased the laminator just a little over 30 days ago but had only used the cold lamination (the main reason why I purchased it). Today I used it as a heat laminator and it would not shut off. I had to unplug it. I tried to reach out to the seller b/c it was over 30 days but there was no option other than to leave seller feedback. So I reached out to Amazon customer service and they said that was the only option, however they were kindly flexible and allowed me to return the item anyway. I was going to repurchase the laminator because I otherwise liked it and just assumed I got a lemon which can happen, until I decided to read the negative reviews. The very first review I read was about this very same issue, and dated just a few months ago. So I changed my mind. I didn’t look for more reviews but this was enough for me – this is a fire hazard. I suggest continuing to scroll and look for a different laminator unfortunately.Thank you Amazon for your customer service and allowing me to return the merchandise!
