Excellent!
Bought it recently to replaced my old Aurora shredder I had for almost 20 years. It finally got broken after serving me for a long time. I started looking for something to substitute it and was lucky to come across this one. It works very well, it is quiet, it has removable bin , very easy to empty. Does not take a lot of floor space and at the same time it handles a lot of shredding. Does it as crosscut. Can shred credit card as well. I will highly recommend it .

i love shredding things
This is a great shredder. It handles most anything I throw at it, including magazines, cardboard, junkmail, etc. I have absolutely used it to shred things you aren’t supposed to (Packaging, some plastic, fabric scraps, even aluminum foil), but it works like a champ. My only compliant, which isn’t fair given how I treat it, is that it complains of being jammed/overfed more than it should, pressing the forward/shred button a couple times resolves these without issue.The only thing that ever actually defeated it was a nickel that fell in by mistake. It was a somewhat painful process to open up the shredder and get this out, but again, not normal operation.

An Honest Non-AI Review
I just picked this shredder up due to my old one that broke. It’s still early days, but this seems like a pretty decent home shredder. It’s a lot more quiet than my old one, but it’s a bit slower. Not a big deal unless you’re shredding mass amounts. The biggest plus is you can empty the hopper without lifting off the heavy head. For seniors and mobility challenged individuals this is a big plus. Another advantage is the micro shredding. Though the hopper is a bit small it can still hold quite a bit due to the micro shredding abilities. Assembly was easy and the wheels that come with it are optional. Like I said this is early days, but for now it seems to be a good choice. This was not purchased through Amazon. I found a better price elsewhere.

Not worth the trouble
It runs quietly. But otherwise I advise you to get something else.The first one I ordered was cracked in 2 places. Noticed the cracks after assembly. This shredder can’t be disassembled so it didn’t fit back in the box. Because the box wouldn’t close UPS charged me $16 for a bigger box!Second one didn’t fit together well. Both sides gap. It looks junky.Also, note that the shredder is heavy and not easy to lift.I called Amazon to get a refund for the cost of UPS’s box, which I got. But Olivia told me that in order to get a “rit lubba” for the second defective shredder, she needed to contact the supplier and it could take 48 hours to get the rit lubba. So then I figured out she was talking about a return label. Olivia also wanted to tell me all about the business relationship between Amazon and Amazon’s suppliers. Since I could barely understand her and all I cared about was getting a refund on this shredder, that’s what I asked for again. She put me on hold and then disconnected.I went on Amazon’s website and was able to request a “rit lubba” which I got immediately (why would it take Olivia 48 hours to get one?). Now all I have to do is figure out how to get this heavy item in my car and back to UPS.Ill go to Costco tomorrow and find a shredder and seller that aren’t so much trouble.

Not a shred of a Doubt
Quiet and makes mince meat of sheets of paper. Comes with four rolling casters that makes moving this shredder a breeze.. I’ve not done more than six sheets at a time. So don’t know how larger loads work. But, as with similar micro-shredders, it is not quick.
