What kind of ink is suitable for different stencils?
Common inks are divided into water-based, solvent, and oily. Water-based inks are suitable for thicker stencils (100-200 mesh). Solvent ink for medium mesh screens (200-300 mesh). Oily ink for high mesh screens (300-400mesh).
How to choose the stencils with a different mesh count?
According to the substrates, such as rough absorbent substrates require more ink, so you need to choose a thicker stencil; smooth non-absorbent substrates require relatively less ink, so you need to select a higher mesh screen.
What size frames should I buy?
Choose and buy according to the pattern size that needs to be printed. Add 3.9 in to the length and width of the pattern. The data obtained will be the maximum inner space size of the required screen frame.

Screen print
I love these screens. They are super easy to clean and reuse. With the metal sides theu are very durable and can get banged around a little bit.they were definitely worth what I paid for them.

Strong screen
Good screens, I’ve used them then reclaimed them and reused again with no issues.

Gotta tape them up
The welds are shoddy so I used Gorilla tape to permanently tape up the frame, to avoid water getting into the frame itself. After investing in that, these are pretty great. I think they are worth the price

Glad I didnāt take the advice of the other reviews
I donāt typically review items purchased on Amazon, but Iām so happy with these that I had to come tell yall about em.Almost didnāt get them because the other reviews said they had a bunch of complaints – but mine came in perfect condition and were a breeze to work with. Theyāre welded well (no open gaps) and are lightweight. REALLY affordable and the prints (I bought the 160 mesh) are crisp and clean.Canāt wait to purchase more of these!

Bad quality and wrong product
I ordered a 6 pack of the 160 mesh screens, iāve got some before and they were actually decent so I ordered them again and got a completely different product. No idea what mesh count and the screens ripped incredibly easily. The frames were flimsy as well. Iām trying to get a refund for the full $80 but theyāre insisting I take $20 and that itās not their fault.

After opening my screen orders, only to find someone who previously purchased this, replaced it with a no name brand screen of terrible quality, re-taped the box up and returned it. This has happned 3x now, and am now ordering my screens from a screen print store for a few dollars more, BUT, well worth it.

my last orders of these screens were very nice the quality was so good and just sturdy and they were the most cost efficient silk screens you could get. however my last order of these screens i noticed the manufacturers have really downgraded that quality, the feel so flimsy and the frame is skinny, but hey for $150 these are still solid enough silk screens, as long as you have that mesh being securely held together thats all you need. Definitely be careful reclaiming the screens though.
