Gets The Job Done — Great Value
This 3-hole puncher gets the job done for light hole punching needs and for the price, it’s a great value. With most 3-hole punchers, you can adjust the placement of the holes by “sliding” the punchers at your desired customized location. This one, however, provides fixed spots where you can’t slide the punchers but must use one of the predefined holes. But I think this works better because you won’t encounter the unwanted situation of a puncher moving to an incorrect location as is common among the slide-able punchers. Plus, how often do you use a 3-hole puncher for other than the standard 3 hole positions you find in a 3-ring binder? Also, this 3-hole puncher is very sturdy as the important parts are made out of metal and should last for a long time. The only complaint and the reason why I won’t rate this 5-stars is that the punched holes are a bit closer to the edge of the paper than ideally desired. I measured the distance between the edge of the paper and where the hole starts to equal 5 to 6 milimeters (a little less than 1/4 inch).

does a good job! I’m pleased with this hole puncher
I’ve used this hole punch for a few weeks now. It’s very well made and high quality and it cuts the paper well. It goes through a few pieces of paper with ease but if you put in 10 you really have to press it down hard. (I’ve noticed when it’s closer to 10 pages you have to stand up to press the handle down instead of remaining in your chair) but if you use 8 or less sitting down is fine and it still works well.I cannot review it for it’s 2 hole adjustment setting as I haven’t adjusted it or used the 2 hole function. I will say if I did want to use it for its 2 hole setting it should have came with directions on how to readjust it.Something that I really like is the fact that it comes with a tray to catch all of the little paper circles.It’s easy to change and clean out and it’s not something you have to clean out frequently unless you hole punch a lot of papers every day.It’s heavy duty and not cheaply made~! It definitely has some weight to it which is nice because you can use it as a paper weight as well.all in all I would recommend it and I enjoy using it to organize my work and school papers!

Heavy duty and well made.
This is durable. I like the color. It easily does multiple pages. I did not subtract a star for this because I donāt use it on a desktop as designed. I use it as handheld every time. The rubberized plastic removable bottom is made to slide off to empty the paper holes from the bottom. It slides towards off a bit on occasion and doesnāt stay locked in place, but again Iām sure if it was left on a desk and used that way, this wouldnāt be an issue. Iām still very pleased.

A Good Investment Especially if Its Limits are Respected and it is Properly Maintained.
This is at least the third one of the Swingline brand and this model typethat I’ve purhased in the past thirty-five years. The only reason I’m buying it again is because my last one was destroyed in a house fire in 2022, and the one before that was’ borrowed’ and never returned. around 2004. They hold up very well. Just don’t overload it and keep the punches clean. It’s a worthy investment.

Had to return it as I wanted something for A4 papers. The A4 paper wonāt go in the punch machine as the machine has borders at the end. This is not for A4 size paper but I never found this information in the description.
