This hole punch works great as long as you don’t try to do too many pages at once. I recommend you keep it to no more than about 15 sheets of 30lb paper at a time.

This thing takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I try not to overload it, but even when I do, it does its job. Seems very sturdy (within reason), and it’s easy to take the little bottom tray off and throw away the punched holes. A nice addition to my home office.
