This works great.
I have many papers to place in a binder. After an unfortunate experience with a different electric punch, I spent the extra money to purchase this one. I can place multiple sheets of paper on the paper holder, which is magnificent, align the papers as directed, and the Swingline punch works as described. The holes fit in the binder properly.

Best electric hole puncher
This machine punchess 28 pages at once with ease! Easy to insert paper on top and easy to pull back up. Holes are evenly punched and the hole centers drop into the drawer at the bottom which pulls out smoothly to empty when full. Well worth the money and if I needed another one I would purchase this again.

Ergonomically Recommend
Since I had an injury in my finger a few years ago, I discovered that It is hard for me to use a manual one so I needed to find an electric one. I found this one and itās perfect for me! Take the stress off of my hand and itās very ergonomically perfect. Strongly recommend.

Worked well for 180+ page reports
First test was a good one. Twenty copies of a report needed to be placed in binders. They were over 180 pages. We stuck to hole punching 20 pages at a time. With the guide on the side, the pages lined up nicely. We also made sure that we removed the hole “chads” which were visible from inside their translucent covered “bin”. Easy to use, very intuitive. Nice two year warranty and price point for the number of pages that could be punched at a time. Good results.
