Super easy, huge amount for the money but also great quality
Iām used to clay but not without a pottery wheel, I was pleasantly surprised how well things worked out without one, it does dry out fast so have to keep that giant block covered for sure, but really easy to work with, prob even better with a pottery wheel. Only took 1-2 days to dry totally and I made dense figurines, there was some cracking but I found that the one that was more cracked was my first go and once I got the hang of it the others were fine, I found I had to is get the water/clay ratio down, I think the cracking was bc I didnāt use enough water, once I painted it it was fine though, I recommend covering it with a glaze at the end

Clay is perfect
The clay was huge! And heavy! It lasted for about 3 months, thatās with 3 kids crafting. They have a potters wheel and loved thus. No odor or coloring issues. Great price and came fast. Will order again over and over.

Great for crafts and first timers
I made many pieces for my jewelry business. It was my first time working with this clay and it was easy. It does shrink like regular clay but it wasn’t a big deal.

Pretty good for air dry
Beautiful clay, easy to work with but cracked very easily once dry. So make sure you keep whatever you make in the extra thick side.

this is so much clay!!
maybe donāt buy 10 lbs right away, I used this to make Christmas gifts and still have so much left over!put a wet paper towel in the bag and it seems to hold up well. I dried it out with a humidifier running nearby and it turned out okay.I had fun making little jewelry dishes and embedding little trinkets//shells//jewels on them. they embedded items came off and I had to glue them back on but I think that was user error.I also set the inside with mod podge which I would recommend to anybody else.overall, do your research on air dry clay usage and I was happy with the quality

Shrinks and Cracks
Iāve been using DAS for sculpting, so when I ran out, I was looking for a new clay. This clay was able to ship quicker, so I figured Iād give it a shot. At first, I appreciated how much softer and easier this clay was to work with, but I would soon realize thatās not a good thing. Within hours of drying, it started cracking. I tried to repair the cracks and hope for the best, but the cracks were worse the next morning. The people saying that the crack reviews are wrong must not be using armatures, Iāve included proof of my previous dayās sculptures made with DAS to show that itās not my method that is the issue. I might let my child use this clay, but Iām even hesitant to do that because if her projects crack, that may make her upset as well. Also, itās not white-which wouldnāt have bothered me as much if it didnāt crack.
