Really great shredder
Been using this shredder a while now and it’s runs perfectly. Hasn’t jammed once since I bought it, and we use it a few times a week. I love that the bin is so large so I don’t have to empty it too often. It’s also much quieter than my last shredder, and has a long run time before overheating. I don’t think it’s overheated once with our normal use.

Powerful and quieter than expected
This really will cut through 18 sheets with ease. I wanted a powerhouse shredder for a reasonable price and that is exactly this shredder. I did not expect a quiet shredder at this price range, but it is quieter than the 8 sheet amazon basics shredder it replaced. I wouldn’t call it ‘quiet’ but the noise level is reasonable enough that I can use it down the hall from a sleeping toddler. The bin slides in and out easily, and being longer on one side of the bin lets you dump it into a trash bag with good control.

Serviceable paper shredder
Compared with my previous paper shredder, this one is slow. Also, it has no separate input slot for compact disks and credit cards, which forces the user either to mark the position of the activating sensor with a piece of tape or to hunt for the sensor whenever shredding a small item. However, I greatly appreciate the fact that the shredding machinery is firmly attached to the frame, which makes it much easier to remove and empty the container of shredded paper when it becomes full.

Got the job done flawlessly.
I had an Aurora shredder before that finally malfunctioned after many years that only shred long strips so not all that good for security reasons but WOW, this new one literally pulverized the paper to confetti or smaller. Very pleased. I had a big job to do shredding decades worth of old paperwork I had stupidly saved and within a few days and shredding a hour each day it was all gone. Loved the pull-out basket for dumping and the fact a light comes on to tell you when the basket is full. There are alert lights for jams, overheating but hope to never see them as I keep within the paper limit and don’t shred too long. I will never have a job that big again unless I get negligent again so I suspect/hope this shredder will last the rest of my life. It came very well packed. Kudos to the vendor and thanks for a great product.
