Easy setup, easy to use
I bought this printer for home. My last printer was a nightmare to set up. This was a breeze. Selected the wifi network, entered the password, and I was in business. This machine was packed very well. I had some problems with the paper tray at first because I did not remove all the packing tape from the machine. Once all the tape was removed, easy peasy. The Xerox app works very well on my MacBook Air — it is easy to use and the UI is easy to navigate.

False advertising – no duplex scanning
False advertising! Duplex scanning is NOT available in the app or on a Windows computer for this scanner. I wasted an hour with Xerox chat support trying to troubleshoot, and they couldnāt resolve anything. What an absolute waste of my time. If you need duplex scanning, do NOT buy this scanner.The print quality is mediocre at best, and the setup process is bizarreāit has to be done through an app on your phone, not on Windows. Overall, this product is a disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Perfect for what I needed
Perfect size, quality, performance, speed and value for what I needed! The company shipped it quickly and it arrived quickly.My only mistake was I used the paper directions to set it up and it was all diagrams with no written explanation and that took more time to figure out , because diagrams did not match what some steps looked liked. It did come with a video disk that I have yet to watch.I would definitely recommend this copier and company to purchase from.

Toner hard to get
The printer does a good job at printing large documents.HOWEVER, its print is always a little lighter than I would expect. And the first time it got low on toner, it decided the cartridge in it — the cartridge that came with it, and that it had been using with no problems! — was now incompatible. It refused to print at all.Which brings us to the bigger problem: Toner is hard to get. OEM cartridges are available on Amazon only through a third-party seller that does not use Amazon fulfillment, so you don’t get quick delivery, and who knows what their return policy will be. I’m not yet sure whether it will even work with third-party cartridges.

It works fine. Good basic printer. The paper tray only holds about 12 sheets of paper, which seems ridiculous for the amount of space it takes up. Printer cartridges are expensive to replace. Most of the cool features listed you have to subscribe to the companyās website for and thatās not included in the price. If I were looking to buy a printer I would purchase a different one.
