The Perfect Shredder for a Big Job
I had a Royal 12 Sheet shredder for the past 12 years, I got it at Costco for $50 and it served me well. Until the day that the autofeeder stopped. No one could fix it. So, I set out to find another shredder that was the right size to handle the overwhelming amount of paperwork I tend to accumulate. This shredder sat in it’s box until today when I got around to opening it. What a nice surprise I got when I saw it was just a bit bigger than my old shredder and it has two different feeders, one for 55 pages or less and a document feeder on towards the back that holds up to 120 Pages. It has a “bin full” indicator – which is nice when you don’t realize how full it’s getting. It has autofeed so and a forward and reverse button. It even has an “Overheat” indicator. When I got my first shredder I got a box of 500 wastepaper trash bags from Costco for under $15 and I still have a ton left. This shredder handles those liners perfectly.Trust me, if you want a decent sized shredder – not one to keep by the door for small things, but the one you use when you are going through the piles of documents you let grow, this is definitely the shredder for you!UPDATE: Having used this shredder a couple of times I need to edit what I wrote. There is no way this shredder can handle 55 pages or 120 pages at any time. It barely handles one piece of mail that is kind of thick – like a credit card application or a bank statement that is folded. Initially I tried to put one day’s worth of junk mail in the feeder and it stopped halfway through the first envelope. When I yanked out the envelope and then attempted to put it through the smaller slit, it would move an inch then the power light would flash and it would stop. Then after turning the power off and on again, it would go a couple centimeters more, then the overheating light would come on, powering it off. Basically it took me about a minute and a half before I was done. So, while this is the right size, it is way off base with the amount of power it has.

Low-Quality Product
I purchased this shredder when my old shredder quit qfter about 10 years service. I made this selection based on the 120 page feeder claim. The performance of this unit over the 3 months I have used it has been poor. It is obviously underpowered, and jams frequently. Only 5 sheets at a time are recommended for the front feeder slot, and this is the absolte maximim to avoid a lock-up.I have never tried to load as many as 120 pages in the back slot, but when lesser amounts are loaded there has been trouble getting the pages to load into the shredder and there are frequent jams which require opening the panel on the back and picking out the shredded documents by hand. I will admit that the sensors for a full bin, overheating, and so forth work. The thing that does not work is the shredding power of the unit which is sub-optimal and below the necessary strength.I would not advise anyone to purchase this unit.

Piece of junk
I am a tax preparer so a good shredder is important. This is the WORSE shredder I have ever owned. Can only feed 2 or max 3 sheets at a time. Overheats quickly & shuts down. Now less than a year old & it wonāt ever turn on. DONāT BUY!!!

Paper shredder
This product works well but does not allow for very many sheets of paper to shred. It is noisy. It holds a lot of shreeded paper and has an indicator to notify of the full paper bin.

Great for home use
I love my new shredder!I bought this for home use when my old one jammed one too many times and quit.It is great to be able to just stick a stack of paper in the feeder and let the shredder to the work. I can still use the single feed opening when I have just one or two items, but when I have built up a quantity, this is very nice.I do recommend you check for stapled pages before you insert your stack. If there are more than a couple of sheets stapled together, it cannot handle them. In addition, you will need to have the stapled sheets staple down. Otherwise, the shredder will try to feed them in one at a time and you will get a jam (the reverse feature is handy). The only issue I have is that there is not a good way to put a bag in the waste container. The dust and little bits of paper fly around when I empty it.

Nice and compact
I like this shredder over my old one especially the feeder tray. I works fairly well. My only complaints are that is won’t take more than 3 sheets at a time. If your trying to shredd an envelope of unopened junk mail it won’t accept it. Anymore than that and it stops and rejects it. The other thing is the auto start quit working about a month after I received it so I have to manually start and stop it.

True Disappointment
Disappointed is the best way to put it. Based on price I was not expecting the top of the line but I have a $35 Shredder that works better than this. I mainly bought this one for the feeding function, but it does not work. It grabs one sheet at a time and of it accidentally grabs three or more it binds up. Regular weighted paper, no staples or wrinkles, it cannot handle it via the feeder. Have to stop every 4th or 5th sheet to clear a jam. Unit also overheats and shuts off regularly. Out of 300 sheets, it overheats at about 210 sheets and you have to wait an hour for it to be usable again. And that happens even if you take a 10 minute break every 50 sheets. Sorry, it is not worth the price. I could have bought 3 of the $35 shredders and been done by now.

The only thing that was not mention on the instructions, is to remove the rubber seal around the paper recipient. I love it alot.

I used the shredder once(by the instructions) and it broke down. Getting a return/replacement from this seller has been a nightmare. I returned the product weeks ago (which I had to pay the shipping for) and they still have not refunded my money…Absolutely horrible. 0 stars.Worst experience ever with an amazon seller.
