Open the box, remove the PE film wrapped around these and take out all the accessories.
Tear off the film and take out each parts, place shredder head on the stryrofoam, pull-out basket then align lower body with head and press it down.
Press casters down to assemble, then turnover,push basket back into the shredder body; the gap between head and basket should be < 0.08 inches.
Plug in and move the”control panel” to Auto, power light is in red (finish the Installa-tion).

Q1: Why does the power indicator blink and then go off after the power is turned on?
A1: Maybe there was a gap after the trash can and shredder head were assembled, and the safety switch failed to trigger, causing the equipment to lose power. Please refer to the troubleshooting guide provided on the details page and recheck whether the raised buckle on the inside of the trash can is accurately inserted into the safety switch device to ensure that the safety switch is activated.
Q2: The working light is on but the machine not working, Why is this?
A2-1: The machine is under overheating protection, because the machine is over the continues working capacity, Wait for the machine to cool down naturally.
A2-2: Lift up the shredder and check whether the outlet is blocked by paper. If there is a lot of paper attached to the outlet, please disconnect the power supply, manually remove the paper at the outlet, and then place the shredder on the basket correctly. Move control key from REV to FWD mode for 3-5 seconds staying.
A2-3: With stubborn situations, you may need to clean the jammed paper with shredder oil. Start by drizzling oil into the feed slot where the paper is jammed, then turn the shredder to Auto (or FWD)mode. If required, an hard card or a rigid sheet of cardstock can be fed into the shredder to help push the jammed paper through.

JUST BUY IT- GREATEST shredder in the game
The BEST shredder. I didnāt even realize how long I was suffering with my terrible shredder for YEARS until I upgraded and got this one. Being able to run continuously for 20 minutes is a GAME CHANGER. Even if you donāt shred a lot like I do and just need it for basic things in your home office, itās WORTH it. BEST money I have ever spent. Make sure you also buy the shredder oil to make sure you are able to maintain it for a while. HIGHLY recommend

Takes care of corrugated cardboard boxes easily
Perfect for composting! I really wanted to shred cardboard instead of wetting and cutting. This guy’s first job was too shed it’s own corrugated shipping carton, and it didn’t disappoint. The thin amazon boxes are even faster. The machine doesn’t complain or overheat for two regular sized boxes. I haven’t done more than that at one time. It’s serious overkill for regular paper, unless you’re shedding a lot of it. It’s actually a lot quieter than my small paper shredder. It’s light weight, so i don’t bother with the drawer, just tip the whole thing over into my storage tub. The machine part is the heaviest but it’s not bad.

Works well, just don’t do more than 8 pages which really heats up the cutting head.
The shredder has a cooling fan built into the shredder head that fits onto of the paper bin. Did not have to have a cool down break after several hours of shredding although there were interludes where I was removing paper clips, stacking pages, emptying the bin. The hardest part is getting the confetti produced to go peacefully into a 30 to 40 gallon lawn bag without a snowstorm on the floor. The removal bin has some sharp edges on it so don’t get carried away and puncture the ever-thinner plastic bags of today. Would be nice to have a timer on the machine to tell you when to run a lubrication sheet through the cutter rollers. Seems to be hardy.

First off, this works on cardboard. I couldn’t find that in any of the reviews, so I’ll just park that little factoid right up front. You’re welcome.Listen. I don’t write product reviews. I love her.I have an old Royal shredder I got like a decade ago from Sam’s Club. I use it to shred old bills once a year or so, and it gets grumpy. It’s always gotten grumpy. This is not a new development. I’ve started using it to shred cardboard for composting and for my worms, and it gets grumpier.So, there was a sale, and I bought this bad boy. When it got here and I unpacked it, my partner had 3 of her own Amazon boxes arrive. I also had several boxes around from prior orders I hadn’t managed to shred yet, because the old grumpy shredder couldn’t run for more than 2 or 3 minutes without stopping to cool.To be fair, I live in Texas, and it’s July. I need to cool off after shredding for 3 minutes.Still. I got this monster out of the box and plugged it in and tried to see if regular cardboard would fit without pushing like crazy, and it did. But you already knew that. Awesome. It’s a little slower than my old shredder, but it didn’t change speed when it was between feedings. It just goes. It’s like the tortoise in the fable. I wonder how much this thing will take.35 gallons. I made 35 gallons of shredded cardboard.I made a little over 20, at first, with just the regular wimpy Amazon boxes. Never. Slowed. Down. Also, when it takes a break and is waiting for you to feed it, or empty the rapidly filling bucket, or squee with joy to your partner, it has a pleasant little fan noise. I have only just bought this so I cannot comment on longevity.Previously, I had one of those basic cross cut machines that goes for 3 minutes then stops for 30 minutes. In fact, it doesn’t even do that and as we are moving house, and have vast amounts of paperwork to shred securely, it was driving me balmy! We would never have got through it all prior to the move.This machine is brilliant – it seems to go for longer than 30 minutes actually and you really can get through a lot of paper. I did find that I couldn’t feed 14 sheets at a time, though this may have been because a lot of the paper had been in the garage and may have attracted moisture, making it thicker.Although the idea of a pull out drawer appealed to me as being better than having to take the machine off the top, I found that the drawer is sometimes difficult to get in or out. It also feels a bit flimsy, and it bends a bit, so I hope it will last a long time.It is a cross-shredder, actually not as secure as the previous cheap machine, as it only shreds to a P3 (is it?) and not a P4 but it seems adequate and perfectly secure for me. I think someone would have just as much trouble trying to piece documents together from the shreds as with the P4!!The price was far more than I would have considered paying previously, but it is worth it if you have a lot of shredding to do.Overall I am very pleased with the machine and I think it is worth the price. It works so much better than anything I’ve had before.
