Pros:+ Sharp+ Easy to use+ Relatively safe+ inexpensiveCons:- Pretty plain (aesthetically)- Canāt sharpen bladeThese things are greatāthey get the job done well and theyāre pretty safe; the design keeps the sharp edge protected from wayward fingers. For the price of the multi-pack, itās a no-brainer to stock up and put one of these openers in multiple places for quick and easy deployment. The only real downside is that the blade is not serviceable, so when it gets dull eventually, you canāt fix, you have to replace. Given the low price point, itās really not too much of a problem though. Great little tool to have on hand!

Right on the *Dile! This is a Great Product!
I purchased these plastic letter openers over two years ago, and theyāve held up great! Admittedly, we donāt open a ton of mail (daily, 1-2 envelopes), but I still think that for the price, these are a great value. The blades remain sharp enough to this day, and aside from a small crack in the plastic near the top of this blade, (and the label showing some wear), our openers remain in great shape. Iām not sure why the package we received had these labeled āOffice Impressionsā instead of āUniversalā as in Amazonās image aboveā¦ but I thought that was worth calling out. Iāve attached a couple of pictures for scale, and, uh, *with* scales. More about that below.As an added bonusāgiven enough time to cureāthese devices hold onto permanent marker ink as wellā¦ so when our toddler son kept pointing up at the counter yelling āCork, cork!ā I leapt to the assumption that he thought this device looked like some kind of a prehistoric reptilian remnant. In reality, he probably just wanted some cookies and was pointing at something else entirely, but I stand by what I heard. Well, I flipped the opener over, and 10 minutes; my wifeās sharpie set; and a hair dryer laterā¦ Ladies and Gentlemen, the cunning, durable, and ever-efficientā¦ Crocodiletter Opener!
